Registration Process

Customer has to submit duly filled E-channels form available at the branches . He has to tick on SMS service and Mobile Banking service
On registering the application form in the system by Bank officials , the customer will receive 2 SMS. One SMS sends the MPIN , Second SMS Sends the Transaction PIN
MPin is used for Log-in to the Mobile banking application software and Transaction pin is used for funds transfer through IMPS

Mobile Application Software
Customer has to download Apna Bank’s Mobile Application from the respective Play stores
Android - Google play store
Windows - Windows store
Iphone - Itunes
For example : for Android phones, Customer has to search and download “Apna Bank Mobile application” from the “Google Play Store”

Mobile Application Functioning
There are two options to operate the Mobile banking system
SMS (without internet connection on mobile) – Funds transfer Limit Maximum Rs.5000/- per day
GPRS (With internet / Data connection on Mobile) –Funds transfer limit (as decided by the Bank from time to time ). At present the maximum funds transfer through mobile, the maximum limit per day is set to Rs. 5 Lakhs

IMPS Facilities

P2P – Funds Transfer to Mobile Number

In this option we require
Mobile Number of the person to whom we wish to transfer funds
MMID Number ( Mobile Money Identification Number) of his account
(Mobile banking System Generates a Unique MMID number for each account)
Amount
Select your account from which you wish to transfer funds
Enter Your Transaction PIN
Click on SUBMIT
The system will display on the mobile screen the information you just entered and ask for your confirmation
Once you confirm the amount is instantly Transferred and a SMS flashes on the screen informing that the funds are transferred
Limitation : The other person whom you wish to transfer fund should have his mobile number registered with his bank for mobile banking

 

P2A – Funds Transfer to Account Number

This option functions exactly like NEFT transfer
In the option we require
15 digit Account number of the person you wish to transfer funds to.
His/Her Bank/Branch’s IFSC Code
Amount
Select your account from which you wish to transfer funds
Enter Your Transaction PIN
Click on SUBMIT
The system will display on the mobile screen the information you just entered and ask for your confirmation
Once you confirm the amount is instantly Transferred and a SMS flashes on the screen informing that the funds are transferred

 

P2U – Funds Transfer to Aadhar

This option Transfers funds to the account linked to Aadhar Number
We require
Aadhar number of the person you wish to transfer funds to.
Amount
Select your account from which you wish to transfer funds
Enter Your Transaction PIN
Click on SUBMIT
The system will display on the mobile screen the information you just entered and ask for your confirmation
Once you confirm the amount is instantly Transferred and a SMS flashes on the screen informing that the funds are transferred

 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

  • I/We declare that the information provided in the application are true correct and complete. I/we also hereby agree to bear charges (if any) as revised from time to time by the Bank at its sole discretion.

  • Bank should not be held responsible / liable for non receipt of the Mobile Banking services due to incomplete information mentioned or any reasons beyond the control of the bank which may include technology failure, mechanical breakdown.

  • Transactions initiated through Mobile banking application are irrevocable; Bank shall not entertain any request for revocation of transaction or stop payment request for transaction initiated through Mobile Banking.

  • Customer shall not use the Mobile Banking Application for illegal activities

  • Customer shall NOT share their passwords, any of the PIN numbers, OTPs with anyone including Bank’s staff/ associate representatives.

  • Customer should change All PIN numbers on first usage of Mobile Banking Application.

  • Customer shall abide by the limits imposed by bank on maximum numbers of transaction and maximum amount permitted for all Mobile Banking Application.

  • Bank reserves the right to change the number of transactions and amount at any time.

  • Bank shall not be responsible for any loss to customers arising out of usage of the Mobile Banking service provided by the Bank.

  • Bank reserves the right to offer Mobile Banking service to its customers, add or change the existing services and may withdraw the service at any time without notice and without giving any reason there of at Bank’s sole discretion.

  • Customer expressly authorises the bank to disclose mobile / sms service provider information in its possession as may be required by them to provide services to the customer.

  • Customer irrevocably and unconditionally authorises Apna Sahakari Bank Ltd. to access all his/her accounts for affecting banking or other transactions of the customer through Mobile Banking services.

  • Customer is fully aware of the DND (Do Not Disturb) provisions and guidelines of TRAI. The bank shall not be held liable or responsible if the SMS and Mobile services areprovided though their mobile are registered under DND

  • I/We understand that I/We shall be required to initiate SMS or GPRS (Mobile data ) services for availing Mobile Banking facilty and hence shall be liableto pay charges to my/our respective service provider as per applicable tariff plan. I/We also understand that Bank will not be responsible/liablefor any such charges levied by the services provider.

Disclaimer

The customer shall be responsible for the safe custody and security of the Mobile Banking Application downloaded on their mobile phones to avoid unauthorised usage.

Information that bank may collect about you through mobile banking includes information that you voluntarily disclose at the time of application such as your name, primary a/c number, alias a/c, secondary account number/s, mobile number and other contact information; transaction information, information resulting from your mobile activity in terms of your usage of the subscribed mobile banking service. We do not gather additional information associated with your mobile device through cookies and other technologies. Customer expressly authorises the bank to disclose the mobile/sms service provider information in its possession as may be required by them to provide the services to the customer

Transactions initiated through Mobile banking application are irrevocable. The customer shall be solely responsible/ liable for any loss, claim, liability arising therefrom and or incidental thereto

Declaration

I/We declare that the information provided in the application are true correct and complete.

I/We affirm, confirm and undertake that I/We have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions for usage of Mobile Banking services offered by Apna Sahakari Bank Ltd. as displayed on the www.apnabank.co.in and any updates that come to the website from time to time I/We agree to abide by them. I/We agree to adhere and comply regulation / practices set by telecom authority/ regulatory authority/NPCI/ Government of India / State government etc towards all services associated banking activities.

Limitation of Liability

Bank shall not be held liable and shall be absolved from all liabilities whatsoever for any loss caused to the customer due to any reason beyond the control of the bank, the Bank is unable to receive or execute any of the request from the customer or there is loss of information during the process of transmission or processing , which may include technology failure, mechanical breakdown, interruption, suspension or failure of telecommunication equipment
